This is an older home of 46 years but has been well maintained and updated - hardwood floors, crown molding & base, ceiling fans, attic fan, remodeled bathrooms, wood burning fireplace, double paned windows, recessed lighting, newly covered patio, newly painted interior & exterior. This is a good price range for this market and sounds like it has been very well maintained. The only negative that I see right off is the location which is right by the cemetary which turns a lot of people off (but not all). I'll keep you posted and let you know how long it lasts on the market. Right now it's been on less than a week. Also, this is not bank owned or a short sale - which is a plus in this market.
